We inform you that the application period for press accreditations for the upcoming edition of Deleste Festival, taking place on May 16 and 17 at Jardins de Vivers, will run from April 24 to May 6 (both inclusive).
If you are interested in covering the event as an accredited media outlet, you must send an email with all the requested information, with the subject line “Deleste 2025 – Press Accreditation” to press@delestefestival.com
The email must include the following details:
- Full Name
- ID Number
- Position
- Media outlet requesting the accreditation
- Email address
- Contact phone number
- Links or PDFs of previous coverage featuring the festival, or alternatively, a brief description of the planned coverage
IMPORTANT: In order to apply for accreditation, it is mandatory to have published or broadcast pre-event content related to the festival. Media outlets that have not done so must submit a detailed proposal of the intended coverage during the festival and, upon completion, provide evidence of it to press@delestefestival.com. Applications that do not meet the requirements, are incomplete, or submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
The maximum number of accreditations allowed per media outlet is as follows:
- Websites, blogs, and radio stations: 1 accreditation per outlet
- Print media: 2 accreditations per outlet (one photographer and one journalist)
- TV stations: 3 accreditations per outlet, including at least one journalist
Additionally, access to the photo pit will only be granted to professional photographers with proper accreditation.
